“I feel so good, but now what do I do?” What a wonderful problem to have and a common question asked by many
patients at Premier PCC/TMS after gaining relief from the constant control of depression and other mental illnesses. Once they feel better, have more energy and an improved perspective on life, they have desired further direction and Premier Life Design was created to fill that need.
Premier Life Design is an 8-week program where participants (referred to as Designers) are exposed to multiple modalities they can then use to build the life they desire now that mental illness doesn’t control every aspect of their lives.
Required Modalities- Nutrition, Muscle Activation Technique (MAT), Fitness/Exercise and InScribing
Designers meet individually with our nutritionist, physical trainer and a Premier Life Design coach to determine individual nutritional and exercise focal points for their life design. InScribing is vital to nourishing our mental health and each Designer will be given an 8-week journal to use during the program.
-Learning the connections between the mind and the body are essential to designing a life to InJoy. InGagements are an opportunity to explore and inquire about the many things available to you as you live a life you can InJoy! Additional InGagement activities may be held on Fridays.
–Each Designer will be assigned a Premier Life Design coach with whom they will meet to discuss their progress, successes, and challenges weekly. You are not alone in this program. Individual help is provided throughout the process.
Program cost must be paid in full before beginning the program. For any questions, please speak with your counselor.
MEMBERSHIPS are available to those not in the Life Design program to take advantage of the classes and InGagements. Ask a Premier Life Design coach for more information.
